Abstract (EN)
Stress is a condition that makes you feel its presence since the mankind's existence. Today, persons try to adjust to technology which changes fast and competitive environment, for that reason they are coerced. This case causes increasing the stress degree for persons. Stress degree ranges not only from person to person, but also working environment and conditions. The aim of this study is to explain the "stress" fact, and to determine the methods of overcoming stress by establishing the source of stress in persons, staff and health sector staff. It is also seen organizational results such as lack of performance, decreasing of output and absence with the individual results such as bad behaviours from stress, mental and physiological function disorder. Stress which threatens person, also prevents organization from reaching its goals. Health staffs, in addition to stress source of other staff have more stress because of being subjected to violence and the risk of infection.
