The constantly changing and developing conditions in the global order put the companies in the competition. The success of a business is largely equal to its talented, qualified and well-equipped human resources. This study was planned in three parts. In the third part; survey of various banks operating in Turkey made to employees of branches in Duzce, the application portion of the research was conducted. The normality test of the scale scores was based on the coefficient of Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk values. In addition, Correlation Analysis revealed a significant relationship between employees' perceptions about their recruitment processes and their performances. The Cronbach's Alpha value was 0.88 for the recruitment scale and 0.92 for the performance scale.
