Abstract (EN)

In recent years, all countries have been more concerned with the psychology of working with the understanding of the importance of the spiritual integrity as well as the physical integrity of the workers in order to improve the business life. In this context, while governments are taking important steps to ensure the spiritual and bodily integrity of employees and to prevent material and moral damage to employees, employers and the nation, serious sanctions for employers and serious responsibilities are imposed on employees, In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of job security perception, job stress, burnout levels and job commitment on job intention by collecting increasingly important work psychology subject in one study. It is also aimed to investigate whether these variables are different according to the demographic variables. The survey was conducted with questionnaires applied to 313 lower, mid and upper level employees in firms selected according to sampling method which is easy to operate in Antalya Organized Industrial Zone. While validity and reliability analyzes of each scale used for the research were conducted, language validity was additionally provided because of the adaptation of the questionnaire to the foreign security on the job security perception. The data obtained for answering the questions in the scope of the research were evaluated by T test, Anova, Pearson correlation and regression analysises. As a result of the research, it was found that there was a positive and significant relationship between turnover intention and job stress and burnout, while there was a negative and significant relationship between turnover intention and job engagement and job security perception. In addition, it was determined that workers' job security perception, job stress, burnout, job commitment and turnover intentions did not differ according to sex, marital status and weekly working hours. Job security perceptions differ significantly according to education status, duration of work in the unit, sector in which the employer operates, and occupational health and safety training of employees. According to the duration of occupation, the burnout level of the employees varies. In addition, according to the fact that employees feel self sufficient about occupational health and safety, the perception of job security, job stress, job loyalty and turnover intention varied significantly.
