Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is identifying the employees' perceptions of organizational culture in Customer Services Department of a GSM company.This thesis is composed of 3 parts. In the first part, the concept of culture and, in the second part, the concept of organizational culture has been examined in theoretical aspect. The third part constitutes the empirical part of the study and in this part, the employees' perceptions of organizational culture has been analysed.The model of this study is screening model. The survey method is used as a means of gathering data which is composed of a 6-question Questionnaire for measuring demographic properties of employees and a 52-item Organizational Culture Questionnaire containing organizational values and norms. 176 of the questionnaires which was distributed to 250 employees has been replied and analysed. The data obtained in the study has been evaluated by SPSS 12 software. According to the results, it is seen that employees percept the culture at a high level. Meanful differences in perceptions has been determined between groups in variables except for the sexuality variable. Key Words 1. Organizational Behaviour 2. Culture 3. Organizational Culture 4.
