Abstract (EN)
Astounding developments in the new economic era could be claimed to be the reason of rapidly increment of global competition, aggravation of the need in qualified human factors and the developments of organizational strategies to supply a highly specialized workforce for high performance. The main purpose of this thesis is to determine the effects of employees' organizational justice perception to the individual performance and the organizational performance of the businesses in the context of transformational leadership applications in business management. The literature has been reviewed on the subject and the relationship between organizational justice concept in procedural, interactional and distributive terms, transformational leadership model, individual performance of employees and organizational factors that affect institutional performance of the companies has been theoretically analyzed in the first three sections of the research. The research method, hypotheses, model, nature, data collection methods and scales about research concepts have been defined in the light of previous studies in the fourth section of the study. In the fifth chapter of the research; a survey in the 5-point Likert scale has been conducted with the participation of 200 employees working for various insurance companies in Istanbul. The data obtained through this survey have been subjected to some analyses with the help of SPSS 20.0 program and thus, some findings have been achieved according to the research objectives. The result of the research has proved that only the distributive justice perceptions of insurance employees don't contribute individual performance, but contribute to organizational performance and the other organizational justice dimensions (interactional and procedural) positively affect both individual and institutional performance. In addition; the practices of transformational leadership style have been observed to be quite positive on the organizational justice perceptions of insurance employees in the research. But, no proof has been gathered about the transformational leadership whether it positively affects individual or organizational performances of employees or not in this research. Finally, the fact that individual performances of employees positively affect organizational performance of their companies has been concluded in this research.
