Abstract (EN)
The employees' acceptance of organizational values and objectives as well as their commitment are shown as one of the most important factors to achieve organizational objectives. Achieving organizational objectives through meeting the desire and needs of employees is related to the opportunities that organizations offer to employees and employees' commitment to organizations. Job satisfaction that is often associated with organizational commitment of employees involves the satisfaction of employees with their jobs and doing their jobs satisfactorily. Based on the research findings, it is a fact that satisfied and committed employees contribute positively to effectiveness and performance of their organizations and have less intention to leave their organizations. In this study, the relationship among the organizational commitment, job satisfaction and intention to leave the job and to what extent these factors differ based on demographic factors are investigated as the main objectives of the study. To understand the main constructs of the study and the relationship among them, a literature review has been conducted and scales were prepared along with the data collected from 142 staff working within Kahramanmaraş Necip Fazıl City Hospital and was analyzed with SPSS program.
