Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of organizational cynicism on travel agency employees' turnover intentions and the effects of some demographic variables on these factors were examined. 356 people (144 female, 212 male) who work in group A travel agencies in Istanbul voluntarily participated in this study. The scale of organizational cynicism, the scale of turnover intention and the demographic data form were applied to the employees. Data collected in this context were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), Tukey HSD from post hoc tests and Pearson correlation. Based on the findings of our research, there was a statistically significant positive and high correlation between organizational cynicism and turnover intention (r = 0.795; p <0.01).
