Özet (EN)

Organizational Loyalty, Change Management ve Self Assesment concepts and attıtudes of employments to change were examined in this thesis. Our aim is that employees how conceive these concepts and explanation of relations between concepts .Two hopital were chosen from public an private. Datas were taken by inquiry and they were loaded SPSS 13.0. And statistical results were gained.The study has three section. Quality,total quality and self assesment concepts are in section one. EFQM model was examined as self assesment. Organizational Loyalty and Resistance of Change concepts were examined in section two. Inquiry results were evaluated in last section and statistical results which were taken by the research were reported.According to findings , employees perceived EFQM concept in 4 factor as Result, Leader-Strategy, Employment-Resource and Process. Organizational Loyalty, concept as Normative and Emational Loyalty was perceived in two factors. Resistance of Change concept was perceived in three factors as improvement, imaginetion- investment, incubation-sustanable. There are medium level relationship between Organizational Loyalty ve EFQM . There are high level relationship between Resistance of Change ve EFQM . Organizational loyalty of employees are in the direct direction of Emotional Loyalty. Perceptions were major on result factors of EFQM.
