Abstract (EN)

Corporate social responsibility is when companies use their resources for the benefit of the employees, the society, the environment and in the same time protect the employees, the society and the environment in its activities. As it is understood, social responsibility activities create additional expenses for the companies. Organizational commitment, on the other hand is the commitment that is created when the employees find their personal thoughts and values similar to the culture and values of the company they work for. Henceforth, it is important to study whether corporate social responsibility activities that cost additional e affected the organizational commitment. While the relevant participation affects the emotional commitment which is sub-dimension of the organizational commitment positively and significantly, there is no significant relation between attendance commitment and normative commitment.xpenses may strengthen the corporation commitment in long term and benefit the company. In this study, the perception of the employee when the companies pay attention to corporate social responsibility projects that create additional expenses and the effect of the employees participation in these projects to the organizational commitment. Questionnaire was used as data collection method in the research. From the analysis of the data acquired from the results of the survey done on more than 201 employees, it has been detected that the corporate social responsibility perception of the employees and active participation in the projects partially
