Transferring of regional directorate of labor to the Turkish employment organization and integration of the system: Approach of system analysis

In this thesis, integration of Regional Automation Systems to the system of Turkish Employment Organization with the being closed of Regional Directorate of Labor and transfered to the Turkish Employment Organization, the troubles that has been encountered and the provided benefits have been studied. The troubles that has been encountered with the transferring and the solution proposals for the improving of the systems have been researched. It has been concluded that continuously updating of the system's software and hardware basis and training of the puplic personnel regularly will increse the quailty of service provided for the puplic.
