Abstract (EN)

It is thought that improving organizational commitment and providing qualified work force employment can reduce the amount of educational costs, compensations from work force loss, the search of new employees or personnel loss which organizations have to face. Along with, nurses, having good, functional feelings and ideas to their organization and company not only makes them to feel positive but also makes them work beter and more productive; otherwise, the job satisfaction of nurses will decrease and the productivity of the wage earner will be affected negatively. The organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses will dramatically affect the quality of service, productivity and satisfaction of patients in medical institutions. Health organization administrators ought to adapt according to the problems the personnel faces, analytic approaches and changing management process, in the optimum level of handiness. The study is critical in terms of analysing the level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, identifying the relationship between them and taking precautions to the problems faced in hospitals.
