Abstract (EN)
Burnout has been defined as the situation of employees desensitizationing to people around them, feeling sensationally exhausted and decreasing personal sense of achievement because of stress in the working life. In this study, the effect of demographic variables of Edirne 112 Emergency Health Services personnel on burnout, has been analyzed. In the empirical part, "Personal Information Questionnaire Form and Maslach Burnout Scale" has been used, the data gained from the questionnaire which was formed in order to relate burnout syndrome that frequently occurs in busy and stressful working conditions, to demographic characteristics and occupational point of view of the personnel working in vital duties, has been evaluated by using SPSS 17.0 and it has been commented on the results. In evaluating analysis results, data structure relevance of the sample, consisting of 116 people, for factor analysis in terms of size, has been evaluated by Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) sample sufficiency standard. Working conditions in the final of the study showed differences in burnout levels among non-identical sections, choice of profession, according to seniority and expectations has changed burnout, increasing age increased and reduced personal accomplishment perception of burnout concluded that vary according to occupation and education level has been reached.
