Abstract (EN)

Working life of the individual is an indispensable part of their lives. Individuals days, the most active periods of the working environment and conditions in which they live, which may harm the health of employees, accident, risk and dissatisfaction due to transport individuals physical, mental health and social life can be adversely affected. For this reason, in order to maintain employee health and protection of the working environment and conditions is required to ensure compliance. Occupational health and safety of employees in all professions physical, mental and social aspects are kept at a high level of well-being, health and improvement of the level of retention is defined as. In terms of employees' health and safety are important risk factors and work environment factors and conditions which are one of the health institutions. Delivering health care in an environment that is very risky as the hospital for a long time with patients undergoing medical personnel are affected by poor conditions in the work environment. Hospital medical staff in the operating environment for hosting various risks and these risks are negatively affected employees. Health institutions among health care workers healthy and safe work environment is very important. Safe and healthy working environment and conditions to make the health and safety of employees in terms of being positive and to an increase in the employee's job performance allows. In addition, a healthy and safe working environment, employees and provides services in the social life in the area has led to the continuation of complete well-being. Safe and healthy working environment of employees in organizations that offer better quality of service than that and allows an increase in satisfaction in the service area.
