Data analysis was carried out by means of ?SPSS 11.0 for Windows?. T-test and One Way Anova were applied to define whether stress level of work life and the level of alcohol usage vary according to demographic characteristics. Correlation analysis was used in order to test the relationship between stress of work life and alcohol usage. In the analysis process, firstly the stress level of work life of 72 workers involved in the research has been determined. Then the stress level of work life and the level of alcohol usage for the 40 workers using alcohol among 72 workers have been determined and the relationship between them has been investigated.According to the findings of the research, the stress level of 72 individuals involved in the research is low. Looking at the sources of stress, workers experience more stress due to organizational policy in compression to the other dimensions of stress of work life. It is seen that 40 workers using alcohol rarely drink and their stress levels are medium-level. When correlation analysis was used, a relationship between sources and stress level of work life with alcohol usage level has not been found for 40 workers using alcohol. Furthermore, it has been seemed that only four workers who use alcohol are risky drinker and a significant difference between alcohol usage and demographic characteristics has not been found.
