The personal core competences at work and the importance of acquiring them by parenting during preschool period

The developments in the business life caused a requirement for more competent employees. Formal education and the following informal education is not the only source for the development of competent employees. Acquirement of competence starts in the preschool period which the fundamentals seeded, and the progress continues in the future terms. Therefore preschool period is a period that the individual is prepared for the future terms.In recent years the findings of the researches in the fields of neuro-psychology and economics emphasize that individual competence management should start in the preschool period.
