Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTSince the concept of sexuality is a part of both natural and socialsciences, it makes up an extensive study field. As a matter of fact, concepts ofphysical and social sexuality could not be examined independently; social rolesrelated to females and males are based on human physiology. In addition tophysiology cultural values and conditioned behaviors are effectual on thesesocial roles.On account of the point of view that defines females as a part of homeand males as a part of social life, females are faced with discrimination inworking life. Equality perception related to female rights which is an importantdimension of human rights are made up thanks to legal arrangements, however,these arrangements are not enough to prevent discrimination.In this thesis study, the stereotypes related to females who make upapproximately half of the world population and these stereotypes? influence onthe subject of sexuality in organizational life were examined by means ofsearching literature and the results were tried to analyze with a surveyapplication in field.
