Abstract (EN)
The employees' sense of leadership plays an important role over the conduct of workforce. It has been argued that the preference of leadership of the different generations plays an important role over the employees' sense of leadership. In this study, it has been tried to establish the comparison and the similarities and the differences of the sense of leadership of Y and Z generations. The evaluation was conducted through literature scanning, field study, survey techniques, data gathering and statistical analysis. As a result, there are more similarities rather than generation differences as propounded in the literature. The only differences present itself on areas of the ındividualized consideration component of the transformational leadership and the contingent reward component of the transactional leadership.
