Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis is to control the vibrations that arise in the washing machines by using piezoelectric materials methods. It is known that the vibration at the side panel increase the noise level of the washing machine. In the consuming world, noise levels of washing machines wanted to be decreased. The vibrations of the side panels were controlled by the piezoelectric plates. In this period, modern numerical methods be made use of as well as experimental and analytical methods. In addition the effects of critical vibration control units were researched to the design of washing machine. Thus, the design period will go on properly, measurement and prototyping time will be reduced and costs will be decreased.
