Özet (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to reveal the karyology of the rodents (Mammalia: Rodentia) species living in the Çankırı province with different elevations and ecosystems showing the Black Sea and Central Anatolian characters in terms of geographical position. The study was carried out between 2015-2016 in Çankırı province, in the counties and in the natural environment. 10 species of Microtus hartingi, Microtus levis, Meriones tristrami, Apodemus mystacinus, Apodemus witherbyi, Mus macedonicus, Mus musculus, Nannospalax xanthodon, Dryomys nitedula, Allactaga williamsi. For each of these species, chromosomal analyzes were performed using the karyotype preparation technique. The number of diploid chromosomes (2n), number of autosomal chromosomes (NFa) and number of basic chromosomes (NF) were analyzed in all samples examined. Microtus levis, Meriones tristrami, Apodemus mystacinus, Apodemus witherbyi, Mus macedonicus and Allactaga williamsi were recorded for the first time in Çankırı province and karyological analysis was performed. The first karyological analysis of Microtus hartingi and Mus musculus species was performed.
