Özet (EN)

It was aimed to determine the fungal flora on the cattle feeds used by the farmers in Çankırı province. For this purpose, thirty-eight feed samples were taken from the farmers of our region. Fungal flora was determined on the collected feed samples by standard moist cell (blootter) method and agar method. As a result of the fungal flora detection with the standard moist cell method on the feed samples, Rhizopus stolonifer in all feed samples, Penicillium spp. in 16 feed samples, Aspergillus spp. in 3 feed samples and Fusarium sp. detected. As a result of the fungal flora determinations of 38 feed samples that were surface sterilized by the agar method and placed in the PDA medium, bacterial growth in 20 feed samples, Rhizopus stolonifer in 16 feed samples, Penicillium spp. in 3 feed samples, Aspergillus spp. in 2 feed samples, Aspergillus niger in 1 feed sample and 1 feed sample in the feed sample, Alternaria sp. detected. Fungal flora was determined on cattle feeds used in Çankırı province. It is necessary to take into account the fungi that develop in animal feeds, the toxin substances that will form in the feed, and the negative effects that may occur on the health of the animals consuming these feeds. It is thought that toxic effects that may occur in animals consuming these feeds will have negative effects on other living things that feed on animal products and on human health.
