Abstract (EN)

In this research, it is aimed to find out and comment on teacher?s views, and to make suggestions on necessary situtations about conflict kinds experienced in formal primary schools. The research is adescriptive study as a scan model. The study from of teachers studying at first and second departments of formal primary schools where takes part near the city of İstanbul and boundary of Zeytinburnu. Thus, the sample of the research froms of 300 primary school teachers studying in the town of Zeytinburnu. The sample is chosen by a randomly examplification. A scale is improved by the researcher to collect data in the research. Data are analysed by loading to ?SPSS ( Statistical Package For Social Sciences ) for Windows 15,0?. On analysis of data freguence (f) ana percentage technigues are used.According to the analysis results, at primary schools individual?s self iner conflict is experienced as functionally, non-functionally, and sensitively. Aim and role conflicts are generally experienced within director-specialist, interindividiuals, iner groups, intergroups and interorganizations as potentially, clearly, vertically, horizontally. The conflict which is perceived is never and generally experienced, where as social conflict is always and generally experienced. As for organised conflict, it is determinet it is always experienced.
