Evaluation of occupational health and safety perceptions of employees in tea enterprises

In this study, occupational health and safety perceptions of workers working in Tea Enterprises were examined. For this purpose, a questionnaire consisting of 40 and 10 demographic questions about the security climate was applied to 154 employees who were randomly selected among the employees in the Tea Enterprises. In this study, firstly, 40-dimensional security climate space is reduced to conceptually meaningful 6-dimensional factor space. Afterwards, the relationships between 6 conceptually meaningful sub-dimensions of security climate and demographic characteristics were examined by One-Way ANOVA analysis. In the next stage, the relationships between the sub-dimensions of the conceptually meaningful 6-dimensional security climate were examined and tested by confirmatory factor analysis. Finally, the model of the relationship between Supportive Business Environment (DO) and Security Compliance and Feedback (GK) with other sub-dimensions of the security climate was tested by structural equation modeling.
