In this concept, the European Union formationcoming through the sixties, the most concrete determiner for the freecirculation of the goods is the CE Marking.In the process of Turkey?s membership to European Union, CE Markinghad become more important for the Turkish industrialist and with acceptingthe Customs Union legislations the importers had become greatly affectedIn the first part of our study, the general system of the CE Marking isdescribed and in this basis the legislations of the European Union is pointed.In the second Part, the status of the CE Marking in our country is givenand while the historical background is described, the point Turkey standtoday in the process is examined.In the third part, a firm practice is given who has lived the CE Markingprocess throughout the beginning to the end and the phases in this processare evaluated.Keywords: 1- Total Quality Management 2- CE Mark 3- Directives 4- Moduls5- Product SafetyV
