Abstract (EN)
In the first part of our thesis study about "The Deterrent Effect of the Turkish Legislation Movements to To Draw Check Without Cover " we are going to define the concept of "to draw check without cover " and examine it in terms of its features, elements, and legal consequences regarding Turkish Commercial Code and latest Check Code No. 5941.Then we are going to examine the legal status of to draw check without cover through history to today and determinate the major regulatory changes in the latest enty into force, Check Law No. 5941. Lastly we are going to examine the main legislative changes' impacts on the tendency to draw check without cover with statistical facts and analyze their deterrence effects on committing the crime of to draw check without cover.
