Özet (EN)

Continued negotiations for full membership of the European Union in our country, there are major infrastructure problems and deficiencies in our facilities. Infrastructure investments and operating costs are known to be very high, infrastructure work must be done meticulously and in a planned manner in order to ensure that the economy of the country is not spent unnecessarily and there must be ways to transfer these problems smoothly to future generations. A large part of the construction costs of the sewage facilities, which form an important part of the infrastructure investments, constitutes the pipe types used in these facilities. In general, Corrugated and Concrete/Reinforced Conduits are preferred for infrastructure facilities in state institutions. With the developing technology, the production quality and usage area of the pipes as well as their service life have increased. In this study, the Sewerage Network System of Çelikhan (Adiyaman) District was modeled separately as a concrete and a corrugated pipe in MS Channel Package Program and evaluated as cost separately. From Hydraulic calculations made using roughness coefficients specified in Iller Bank Legislation; It has been observed that, the speed of the wastewater flow in corrugated pipe has been faster than concrete pipe in the range %13-17 in collector lines and %20-25 in the network lines, respectively. In addition, in the cost analyzes, it has been understood that transportation and investment costs of the corrugated pipes would be reduced by 81.48% and by 13.92%, respectively, compared to the concrete pipes.
