Abstract (EN)
In this study, a sensor was developed which can be used for the determination of Pb2+, Cd2+, Fe2+ ions. For this purpose glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface was modified with Boc-Trp-OH (Nα-(tert-Butoxycarbonyl)-L-tryptophan) by using CV (cyclic voltammetry). Modified surface was characterized with AFM (atomic force microscopy), FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spektroskopisi), ellipsometry, CV and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. To determine sensivity of modified electrode for Pb2+, Cd2+, Fe2+ ions, real-time analysis was made with different concentrations of metal solutions. The adsorptive stripping voltammetry is used as the method of measurement in the square wave voltammetry. In addition to determine the selectivity of prepared electrode for modified surface for Pb2+, Cd2+, Fe2+ ions, the measurements were taken in the presence of Fe3+, Cu2+, Co2+, Hg2+ ve Ag+ ions. The developed method was applied to tap water which contains interference ions.
