Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the effect of perception of agile leadership skills on turnover intention. The study was conducted with the participation of 414 company personnel who are members of MÜDAD (Mümessil Dayanışma Derneği) and ÜTT-DER (Ürün Tanıtım Temsilcileri Derneği) professional organizations operating in the human pharmaceutical sector. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical package programs were used to analyze the data collected from the participants through the questionnaire form. The research hypotheses were tested with path analysis using structural equation modeling. According to the results of the research, the perception of agile leadership skills has a negative direct effect on turnover intention. According to the results of the mediated path analysis model, it was determined that the perception of agile leadership skills has a negative and significant indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Accordingly, when the level of perception of agile leadership skills increases, job satisfaction increases and the increase in job satisfaction decreases turnover intention. It is seen that the increase in the perception of agile leadership skills and job satisfaction levels have a decreasing effect on turnover intention.
