Abstract (EN)

Today, there are many different industrial sectors, markets are related to these sectors, and own unique conditions about these markets. In order for businesses to be successfull in the sector which they operate, they must choose a supply chain management strategy in accordance with the characteristics of the sector which they are a member. Many sectors involved in the manufacturing industry have to cope with rapidly changing market conditions, increasing competition and increasingly demanding customers. At this point, the agile supply chain management strategy, which can respond to the requirements of the manufacturing sector, is a method that responds to the changing market situation and increasing customer demand through flexibility and speed. Agile supply chain design involves many enablers. Briefly, enablers can be defined as critical success factors to be considered for a successful agile supply chain design. Up to the present, enablers have been analyzed in many studies. In this study, agility enablers are discussed from a logistics perspective in order to fill the gap in the literature. As a result of the research, fifty-three critical success factors that should be followed in logistics processes in agile supply chain design are ranked according to their importance level, via AHP method from the perspective of both the manufacturer and the logistics service provider. The three most important main agility enablers for the manufacturing industry are as follows;'inventory and stock management', 'customer relations', 'storage, material handling and packaging'. The three most important agility enablers for logistics service providers are as follows; 'transportation and delivery criteria', 'customer relations', 'logistics and information technologies'.
