Abstract (EN)

Artificial intelligence is expressed as the ability to reason, judge and conclude all of them created by interactive machines or information information systems, in contrast to natural intelligence, which is attributed to human existence. In addition to the increase in artificial intelligence in today's conditions, the damages that occur as a result of the interaction with each other or with the human presence in the areas of use increase at the same rate. However, with this increase, a special liability procedure has not yet been developed for the damages caused by the autonomous behaviors and actions of artificial intelligence entities. However, the applicability of the subject of criminal liability, which is a controversial subject, on artificial intelligence beings and the way this applicability will be determined, the definition of the concept of crime and whether it will be complementary in terms of general theories of criminal law will arise. Among the important gaps that need to be filled are who will be held responsible for the crimes that may occur due to the legal status of artificial intelligence assets and what the factors are in criminal proceedings. This problem and many other problems and vievs were put forword to solve these problems will be examined and arguad with in the fromework of criminal law principles and basic consepts.
