Conciliation office in criminal procedure law

With this thesis work, we are trying to reveal the problems about the Bureau of Reconciliation in the point of both legislation and application within the law number 6763 entered in force by being published in the Official Journal numbered as 29906 in 02/12/2016, within the changes done in the clauses in the Code of Criminal Procedure's 253 and the rest, numbered as 5271, how we can get the institution more practical and active and how the institution can work beneficially. It has been evaluated by taking the reconciliation institutions placed in both penal code and comparative law disciplines into the consideration. Again, it has been gone around the determination of failing aspects and how these could be removed in the point of the crimes subordinated to the reconciliation about the same bureau within the same law. It has been urged upon how the targeted ones could be actualized with the regulations about topics and in the point of both the court and prosecution applications and we did our best that we had ended this work by giving place to the recommendations about this institution which is really new and still have lack of things.
