Law appeal in criminal system

In our country the judicial jugdement organization migrated from two level system to three level by the law number 5235 and law number 5271. Law appeal, that is to study a verdict in point of legal and material which was given by the first rank courts, took part of the our law. In thesis, first the common definition of the courts of appeals and appeal methods were given. Historical improvement was studied. In the next chapter, its place in the international law was evaluated. In the last chapter, law appeals and appeal methods in the law number 5235 and 5271 that includes the latest regulations in our law system were mentioned.Key Words1. Law Appeal2. Law System3.
