Opinions of Turkish teachers and Algerian learners of Turkish as a foreign language on the linguistic and cultural achievements of the educational short film material

In this study, quantitative method (survey research) was used. this study contains 20 teachers and 100 students who teaches Turkish at Algeria 2 University. As a data collection tool, questionnaires were used to determine the teacher/student profile , and the information form teachers' and students' views on the development of language skills and cultural achievements of the film material in order to determine the students' use of film material in Turkish teaching processes. The opinions of those who learn Turkish as a foreign language in Algeria on the use of film material and the contribution of film material as a language learning tool to language development and cultural transfer will be determined.
