Neoliberal dönemde değişen işçi işveren ilişkileri: İşyerinde rıza üretimi

In this memory entitled "The transformation of the work relations: Manufacturing consent in the workplace", we chose to examine working domain and communication with their interaction, by a critical approach. First of all, we studied the concept of work organization by class perspective. We detailed the new orientation of capital in neoliberal era and we analyzed the new work organization required by this orientation. The increasing importance of communication in work organization and in manufacturing consent is another important part of our work. For this reason, we treated the ideological dimension within this new work organization and the role of communication to establish this new order. We also discussed the new paradigm of management which requires a different type of employee and different types of relations and the function attributed to communication due to this paradigm.
