Abstract (EN)

In this investigation, Chlorella vulgaris which have been found in amounts in freshwater, an unicellular green algae have been searched as their reproduction and growing quantities. In the studies the examples which are collected from different freswater samples tested in order to obtain the best reproduction conditions by cell amount and biomasses. Light, pH and as a physical factors giving air to the cultures, develop propress in the cultures. Six different organic medium is experimented as tho breed cultures. As a criteria for the cell number the most excessive bred is obtained at with urea Chlorella medium, and as biomass weight the best result is obtained at Knop medium. As a cheap and natural medium, mineral water is choosen. The best result is obtained with Bursa Özkaynak mineral water among the choosen other four water samples. Chlorella vulgaris is breeded as in 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 mL examples. The analysis of chlorophyll-a, protein, lipid, cellulose and carbonhdirates are tested in the cultures. The highest level in protein analysis in tested in Gazi Rek.Pool sample. From the point of view, using different kinds of medium the amounts of lipid and protein could be changed in 3 different mediums Rek.pool cells are produced and as a result the group of cellls that using urea medium the amount of protein in cells are increased and Prat medium in the cells the lipid amount is in creased. In experiments its showed that light and temprature have positive effects on growing.
