Abstract (EN)
Dual phase steels are widely used in the automotive industry due to their high formability and continuous flow behavior. In this study, the mechanical properties of the specimens after repeated static deformation aging were investigated using DP600 dual phase steel. In the study on repeated static deformation aging with DP600 steel at temperatures of 140°C and 190°C; the dual phase steel samples were pre-stressed at 2% and then annealed for 30 minutes once, twice and three times. After the applied processes, the samples; yield strength values, tensile strength values, hardness values and broken surface investigations were evaluated. As a result of the repetitive static deformation aging process; as the number of repetitions of that 2% pre-stress and then annealing for 30 min process increased, the stress values of the samples increased and the % elongation values decreased.
