Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of two different irrigation systems and of three different doses of farm manure against pepper blight caused by Phytophthora capsici were investigated. Diseased plants rate have been less than in furrow irrigation compared to border irrigation and showed statistical difference. However, the differences between irrigation systems were disappeared approximately one month after planting at the end of period and irrigation systems showed similar effects according to disease occurence. Farm manure applications showed no statistically significant difference according to disease occurrence. In addition, there was no differences with control plots according to occurrence of the disease. Experiments were repeated two times in the same field and similar results were obtained. As a result of the from the soils of experimental area, the common fungal genus were Penicillium, Alternaria, Aspergillus ve Rhizopus. Especially, Rhizopus spp. increased 20-30 fold in manure applications.
