Abstract (EN)

The study was done in 2006?2007 growing season under Çukurova conditions to determine the effects of different form and doses of barnyard manure on seed and forage yields and quality of annual ryegrass. Field trials were arranged in the complete factorial block design with three replications. In the study four forms of barnyard manure (farm manure, separated liquid, separated solid , slurry) at three doses ( 15, 20, 25 kg/da) were compared with control (20 kg/da commercial chemical fertilizer) and fertilization. Doses divided into two parts, first half were applied at seeding and second one was applied as liquid forms.According to results, total forage, hay and digestible dry matter and seed yields ranged from 3143.39 to 4411.39 kg/da, from 773.27 to 1066.97 kg/da, from 447.88 to 563.11 kg/da, and from 24.98 to 31.78 kg/da respectively. The highest values were obtained from separated solid except seed yield from separated liquid form.On the other hand, total forage, hay, digestible dry matter and seed yields from manures of 20 kg/da ranged from 3133.67 to 6591.75 kg/da, from 781.37 to 1294.15 kg/da , from 450.74 to 691.11 kg/da, and from 24.98 to 34.22 kg/da respectively. The highest values were obtained from commercial chemical fertilizer except seed yield from separated liquid form.Key Words: Farm Manure?s Forms, Annual Ryegrass, Dry Matter Yield
