Abstract (EN)
Objective: This study was conducted in the application greenhouse of Sultanhisar Vocational School, Aydın Adnan Menderes University, by Rubygem (Fragria xananassa Duch., cv. Rubygem) and Sabrina (Fragria xananassa Duch., cv. Sabrina) was conducted to investigate the effects of olive pulp juice on plant and fruit quality and yield of the mixture obtained by adding chemical fertilizer to the organic mixture obtained by mixing olive pulp juice with different organic materials (sorbet and whey) in strawberry varieties (organomineral fertilizer). Material and Methods: The study material consists of olive pulp juice, which is olive oil factory waste, and a mixture of liquid animal feces, whey and KNO3 fertilizer, which are additionally mixed in certain proportions. The experiment was conducted in a 260 m2 plastic covered greenhouse and fresh seedlings of Sabrina and Rubygem strawberry varieties were used. April May and June 2021 Fronds of strawberry varieties were taken in the following months; N, P, K, Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Cu, B and Zn analyses were performed. June May fruit samples, fruit width, fruit length, fruit weight, TSEM (total amount of water soluble dry matter), acidity, pH, color analyses were performed. Variance analysis (5%) was applied to the obtained data using the SPSS 25 package program in the three-repeated two-factor coincidence plots trial pattern, and averages were grouped using the Duncan test (5%). Results: In the Rubygem variety, the highest fruit weight (average 17.46 g) was obtained at the K3 3% dose in May, while in the Sabrina variety (average 17.56 g) the highest fruit weight was obtained at the K2 2% dose. The highest fruit yield per plant was obtained at a 2% dose of K2 in the Sabrina variety (average 278.88 g/plant) in May, while at a 3% dose of K3 in the Rubygem variety (average 245.22 g/plant) in June. has been obtained. In plants belonging to Rubygem and Sabrina varieties, leaf N content increased at K3 dose of 3%, P and K content increased at K2 dose of 2%, and Mg content increased at K2 dose of 4%. While the Ca content increased at 3% dose of K3 in the Sabrina variety, it was found to decrease in the Rubygem variety compared to the control in all treatments. The lowest Na content was obtained at the lowest K2 dose of 2% in Rubygem and Sabrina varieties. Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu contents differed depending on the month and variety compared to the control. Conclusion: Olive pulp, sherbet, whey and chemical fertilizer mixtures in plants belonging to Rubygem and Sabrina strawberry varieties. While 2% dose of K2 increases the quality in terms of fruit width, fruit length and fruit flesh hardness in Sabrina strawberry variety, K3 3% dose increases the fruit quality in Rubygem variety. It has increased the quality in terms of fruit width and fruit size. It has been observed that Rubygem variety has higher N and Ca requirements than Sabrina variety. As a result, in order to increase fruit quality and yield in strawberry cultivation, adding plant and animal wastes such as olive pomace juice, sherbet and whey to the economy as fertilizer will not only make an economic contribution, but will also contribute to the production of strawberry fruits that are healthy for the environment and human health.
