Özet (EN)

Two different types of seaweed were applied to a turfgrass mixture of 60% tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb. ), 20% perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.), and 20% strong creeping red fescue (Festuca rubra L. subsp. rubra) under three different levels of drought stress (K1: 100% irrigation-Control; K2: 50% irrigation; K3: 25% irrigation). The Alga 600 commercial product was utilized at doses of 0 (D1), 0,02 (D2), 0,04 (D3), and 0,06 (D4) g m-2, whereas the Semino commercial product was used at doses of 0 (D1), 0,05 (D2), 0,075 (D3), and 0,1 (D4) ml m-2. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse under plastic pot conditions using a randomized plot design with three repetitions (11 L). According to the findings, seaweed applications with drought stress result in a 7-118% increase in vegetation height compared to control plants, a 6-15% increase in green herbage mass weight, a 6-84% increase in plant quality, a 6-83% increase in plant color, a 4-12% increase in plant covered area, a 14-76% increase in density, and a 7-144% increase in relative chlorophyll content index (RLCI). Therefore, the D2 dose of the DY1 application and the D3 dose of the DY2 application were established, and it was found that the applied seaweed influenced the negative impacts of drought stress at varied rates.
