This thesis and tagged (jurisprudential rulings related to dealing with modern technologies in the chapter of felonies) mainly talks about the relationship of modern technologies with jurisprudential rulings in the section of felonies, and since the chapter of felonies is linked to people's lives and paying damage to them, it has dealt with what can affect the preservation of the necessities that Sharia came out such as the soul, presentation, money and mind, and showed the attention of Sharia scholars to this section and discussed the jurisprudential dispute in some parts through the huge amount of knowledge in our blessed Islamic library.
