Özet (EN)

In this study, effects of zınc oxıde nanopartıcles and zınc sulphate on biochemical parameters and enzyme activity in blood tissue of Oreochromis niloticus were investigated. The fish were exposed to 0.5 mg / L and 1.5 mg / L ZnO NP and 0.5 mg / L and 1.5 mg / L Zn SO4 for 4 and 28 days to determine biochemical parameters (Glucose, Total Protein, Cholesterol, Triglyceride, Cortisol) and enzyme activity (AST, ALT, ALP ve LDH) in blood tissue. In O. niloticus, serum parameters and enzyme activities were changed with the effect of ZnO NP and ZnSO4. At the end of the 28 th day, in both ZnSO4 and ZnO NP exposed fish serum triglyceride and cortisol levels increased, while serum cholesterol levels decreased compared with control. Serum glucose and total protein levels increased in the influence of ZnSO4 at the end of the exposure period. In the serum of fish exposed to ZnSO4 and ZnO NP were observed an increase in the activity of serum enzymes (ALP, AST, ALT ve LDH). In general, ZnSO4 more effective than ZnO NP in terms of serum parameters and serum enzyme activities
