Abstract (EN)
Of all cancers in the world, the seventh cervical cancer, the second most common cancer in the cancer types among women. Almost all of the types of HPV infections in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions that especially HPV types 16 and 18, which has a relationship with the etiologic agent of all cervical cancers. Today, the role of HPV in cervical neoplasia lesions of cervical HPV prevalence based on evidence, although limited knowledge about our country. In this study smears H-SIL (high grade cervical intraepithelial lesions), L-SIL (low grade cervical intraepithelial lesions) or ASCUS (atypical squamous cells) in patients with HPV frequency determined. Pathological and microbiological diagnostic methods used by the authors revealed the results of the review and the active region defined types of HPV that was the first epidemiological data obtained.
