Abstract (EN)

Gender discrimination means that people are treated differently according to their sexes. This situation acceptable for both men and women is seen mostly as a social discrimination problem against woman sex. Considering women?s economic status and social position in society it can be claimed that gender discrimination is devoted to women. Human Resources Management is a contemporary practice including job selection and employment, career management, wage management, human resources planning, job analyse, education and development functions. Gender discrimination in Human Resources Management represents in generally women face with many difficulties in recruitment, wage and career management. Gender discrimination in human resourcues management causes negative effects for women in working life and big problems for their career.
