Abstract (EN)
The Calibration Units (CU) used in the Hadronic Barrel (HB) sub- calorimeter of the Hadronic Calorimeter (HKAL) in the CMS detector have been renewed within the Phase-1 upgrades. The laser tests were applied at the last process by assembling the components of the new CUs. The state of the optical parts of the CUs were analyzed with the data obtained from laser tests.
