Protection of child and young workers

Naturally children needs protection legally, physically, psyhologically andsocially. Protection occurs first in the family then school, social environment and if itexists at working area. Of course the working environment of children should differfrom adult?s. It is clear that the children can not work in mine or at night or for a longtime, at entertaining places where alcohol is drunk. It is most possible for childrenwho work for such a place is harmed and can?t adopt to their social surroundings.Children are firstly the future of their own countries then the world?s. It is usefulfor everybody to have healthy and successful youth. Working and exploting of childare not the the problems of only our country. Including modern slavery applicationsthe compulsery working, exploiting and forcing to fight of children still continue.Without use loosing the family and future the children are the most harrassed victimsof wars.Nowadays, the need for the protection and not being worked of children aremore highly believed than before in the world. The aim of `not being worked? is thatthe children should be working in school, course or sport complex, or be with theirfamilies / friends to properly prepare theirselves for future. Today this concept is themain subject of international acts which are adopted by most countries.With the help of EU process our country managed to make very importantchange legally and practically for protection of children. Traditionally knowing theimportance of education and youth our country parallel to its values made suchchanges with some forces of that process. But it is also necessary that these stepsshould be backed with good practice and inspections.The children need love, interest, appreciation and security. In the long periodof time the target is to move them from labour life, make them go on their educationto prepare themselves as educated people for future without harm. In the shortperiod of time the aim is to make their working environment and health with securityconditions better if they work so. Also knowing the need of political wish for bothsteps, it is better to improve the perspective that children are our own value andfuture in order to solve their problems.
