Özet (EN)

Children and juvenile crimes (youth crimes) has become a widespread problem increasingly in our country. Therefore the increase in juvenile crimes is a social problem of individuals of society. Penalty application used for this problem has been understood that it is insufficient to solve the problem. Further development on solid foundations of a society is related to children's development, training and protection that constitute the essence of community. However the important point is that this problem should be approached by concepts in terms of crime prevention, crime deterrence and re-socialization as in developed country. Religionðics is one of the ways to prevent Juvenile delinquency. The effects of preventing Juvenile delinquency should be taught by the family, society and education. Although biological disorders, physical disabilities and psychological disorders are the factors that help youth crime, religionðics is playing an important role in preventing potential crime that is formed by lack of belief, moral knowledge and manners. How the family&social environment and lack of belief&manners pave the way for a good reason for youth crimes. What are the ways to prevent Juvenile delinquency? These above are the primary focus of our research. Keywords: Child, Adolescent, Crime, Religion.
