Özet (EN)
The obesity in the childhood period that has been a public health problem, leads up to many metabolic complications. It is well known that the inhibition of obesity and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) is very important to form a basis for a healthy life even in adult ages. We studied moles of Desnutrin-ATGL that has important metabolic effects on adipose tissue and Nesfatin-1 that are newly discovered effects on eating habits, in the bloods of the children that presenting complaint of putting on weight, in this study. A matter of fact of 55 obese that have body mass index (BMI) ?95 percentile and 45 children that have BMI<50 percentile were included to this study. 19(%34, 5) of children were girls and 36(%65, 5) were boys of the range of patients that have BMI ?95 percentile. 21(%60) of children were girls and 14(%40) were boys of the control group that have BMI <50 percentile. The values of fasting blood glucose value, fasting Insulin, AST, ALT and Triglyceride and the levels of Nesfatin-1 and Desnutrin-ATGL were studied with the method of ELISA biochemically. The fatty liver of obese patients and the degrees were determined with hepatobiliary ultrasonography. In the 31(%56, 3) of 55 obese children the fatty liver were identified at changing degrees with ultrasonography. In the boy obese matter of facts NAFLD determination ratio were found high statistically according to the girls. As the fatty liver degree increased with ultrasonography, the degrees of fasting Insulin and HOMA-insulin resistance were increased and this increase were determined as statistically meaningful. Triglyceride degrees of obese patients were observed as being increased parallel with fatty liver and its degree. According to the degree of fatty liver in comparison with ALT and SAT degrees, between grades 0, grade 1 and grade 2 a statistically meaningful difference were identified. When NAFLD identified and non-identified matter of facts compared in terms of AST/ALT ratio, on patients that identified NAFLD this ratio were found minumus from 1 and this difference were lower than the control group as statistically meaningful. On obese children that have insulin resistance and not, when compared with the values of Nesfatin-1, the values of Nesfatin-1 of the group that shows insulin resistance were identified having statistically meaningful lower degrees according to the group that doesn?t show insulin resistance. The levels of Desnutrin-ATGL were found high on obese and NAFLD identified groups according to the control groups. In conclusion, Due to the current methods of fighting against the increasing in prevalence of obesity in the world are not enough, new and safe treatment methods are needed. Finite numbers of animal experiments about Nesfatin-1 and Desnutrin-ATGL support the thought of being used as drugs causes loss of weight and gives hopes for treating obesity. In our study, there hasn?t been a direct relation in terms of the levels of Nesfatin-1 and Desnutrin-ATGL between the obese children and the control groups. However, at all age groups human-being studies about the evaluation of the relation between Nesfatin-1 and Desnutrin-ATGL of the metabolism, will determine the place of these moles in the treatment of obesity in the future.
