Supracondylar humerus fractures of the distal condyles of the humerus proximal to the olecranon fossa, 1-1.5 cm is defined as the fractures. Treatment of these fractures, the fracture type, soft-tissue lesions and the presence and absence of neurovascular pathologies of various conservative and surgical interventions are available to. The main objective of treatment regardless of type of fracture, functional and cosmetic recovery of a normal elbow, the short-term surgical trauma to the patient and the prevention of iatrogenic complications will occur. Our clinic, the children of displaced supracondylar humerus fractures with closed reduction and percutaneous K-wire osteosynthesis in treatment effectiveness, according to years, depending on experience, clinical experience and surgical time, number manipulation, and postoperative complication rates, we aimed to identify changed.January 2006 - January 2010 between the type 3 extension-type supracondylar humerus fracture and Firat University Hospital of Orthopedics and Traumatology clinic, closed reduction and percutaneous fixation with K wires were examined retrospectively 61 patients treated with method.
