The effect of constant conditions within different treaning to the anaerobic thereshold in children

Abstract (EN)
Today the concept of anaerobic threshold (EA) is accepted as one of the most important indicators of the endurance. Most of the researchers have observed during their researches that endurance trainings constitute an upper limit in V02maks development and after a while there is no development but during the trainings at the AE point development occurs. As it is known, children are in a development and growth period. In this period teenager's physiological systems are not in a level that is enough to meet the loads of heavy exercises. That power can only be acquired after the growth process period. Especially children who are under 12 years old have a high sympathetic system activity. Therefore, high heart beating level and long acting endurance activities cause their capacity, easily, exhaust. In this period children's anaerobic forces is low. They do not have enough oxygen utilization capacity. In this research, the effects of threshold point of trainings that are performed in anaerobic threshold (AE), %5AE below and %5 AE upper endurance levels of this threshold on the heart beating, running speed, distance and time. Although constant running performed for 6 weeks in 4 days has improved AE(%0.4), %5 threshold upper (%11), %5 threshold below (%0.3) AE point runnig speeds (p<0.05), when the difference between groups are taken into consideration, an important statistical difference has only been noticed in anaerobic threshold level %5 upper group and anaerobic threshold level %5 below level (p>%5). The total running distance of anaerobic threshold level %5 upper group and anaerobic threshold level %5 below level group in Conconi training after 6 weeks of training have been increased. Threshold group has decreased by %-1, threshold upper group %7.6 ran more than threshold below level %3. On the contrary, difference between the groups has not been found meaningful statistically. At the end of six week training program, there has been an increase in the running speed of three groups of reagents at the A, E points. This increase is statistically meaningful in the group %5 upper endurance level at the AE point. (p<0.05). AE point training increase is %0.4, the group that is %5 upper endurance level of AE point is %11 and the group that is %5 below endurance level is %0.3 respectively. In this research trainings performed in anaerobic threshold (AE), %5AE below, %5AE upper endurance level are observed according to their effecets on the heart beating level, running speed, distance and time. As it is seen, there are a lot of factors affecting endurance development. These factors can be observed individually. As this research has been performed in accordance with the direct lactic acid measurements, it will indicate its benefits on different lactic values and also gives us explanatory information about endurance development.
