Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between childhood traumas and personality beliefs and state-trait anxiety and the moderator role of psychological flexibility in this relationship. Childhood trauma is the independent variable. Personality Beliefs and state-trait anxiety are dependent variables. In this respect, Sociodemographic Form, Childhood Trauma Scale, Personality Beliefs Scale-Short Form, State-Trait Anxiety Scale and Psychological Resilience Scale were used. Random sampling was used as the sampling method. The sample of the study consists of 354 people between the ages of 20-65. It has been determined that childhood traumas are associated with all personality beliefs except obsessive-compulsive personality belief. In the relationship between state-trait anxiety and childhood traumas, a significant relationship was found only between emotional neglect and state anxiety. As a result of the analyzes, no moderator effect of psychological flexibility was found in the relationship between personality beliefs and state-trait anxiety of childhood traumas. Results were discussed with the studies in literatüre.
